Propelling investment in South and Central America with hydrogen-based shipping fuels

Some promising alternative fuels for maritime shipping are green “electrofuels” produced with renewable energy. A new report commissioned by Ocean Conservancy finds that many ports in Central and South America are primed to develop these resources, and with the right investment to help launch the broader adoption of low or zero-carbon fuels for shipping.
